Overview
The designer will be responsible for developing and creating exceptional graphics and videos for presentation and marketing materials. Prior experience in and willingness to understand digital design and video editing are needed as we look for innovative solutions that add value to the brand. It is fundamental to delve into the meaning behind sophisticated financial terms and be able to illustrate them in a creative, yet understandable way. Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML5, CSS, etc.) and experience in working with developers and account managers is a plus.
Breakdown of responsibilities:
- Partner with the rest of the team to brainstorm original design ideas for internal projects;
- Collaborate with relevant teams on a variety of initiatives, projects, and events;
- Design and implement graphics and videos related to various initiatives, including sales, marketing, advertising, and development;
- Stay up to date with advances and innovations in creative design.
- Execute all design stages from conceptualization, development, and prototyping to final delivery for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Design (preferably graphic/web) or equivalent experience in a related field is required;
- Strong design skills and an excellent sense of design.
- Relevant work experience in web design, video editing, and creative services is required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills with proven experience managing multiple projects at а time.
- Solid Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Knowledge in video editing (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere).
- Willingness to gain proficiency in any kind of software, including YouTube studio, Google Web Designer, After Effects, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work well under pressure and see stressful situations as opportunities rather than problems.
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Prior experience with design related to financial markets is a plus.
- Ability to lead by example with strong work ethic.
- Great attention to detail.
- Have advanced English skills and be able to communicate freely.

Job description
The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships primarily in the German-speaking regions of Europe to grow our business and assets under management. This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Leverage Shares ETPs are a growing business, offering experienced investors across Europe access to unique regulated tools for expressing strong conviction and hedging exposure. This position offers the opportunity to join an innovative financial firm and be an integral part of our future growth.
Key responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and grow key prospect relationships at a senior level with CIOs, brokers, and portfolio managers to identify and diligently pursue new potential business.
- Drive new trades and revenue across our 3x, 2x & -1x leveraged products.
- Initiate and develop brand building and sales activity across new markets.
- Lead robust prospect meeting and engagement activity.
- Develop product fluency across our 3x, 2x & -1x leveraged product offerings and any new lines of leveraged securities.
- Develop clear, concise, and articulate market narrative and product characteristics to sophisticated investors.
- Work collaboratively with senior members of the sales team to drive new business opportunities and solve complex client issues and challenges.
- Contribute to the sales team’s overall development.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in institutional fundraising and developing deep client relationships.
- Understanding of the asset management sales process as it relates to institutional investors, CIOs, and brokers.
- Track record of success selling ETFs or leveraged products is highly beneficial.
- Proven sales background with demonstrated ability to drive results in an autonomous working environment and in close collaboration with colleagues across business units.
- Track record of building strong client relationships and being viewed as a trusted advisor.
- Experience in raising capital for institutional products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate market views and product characteristics to sophisticated institutional investors, both in written work and presentations to large and small audiences.
- Preferred deep ETF industry and investment knowledge. Strong proficiency across a wide range of traditional and alternative investment products.
- Collaborative approach to a team-based sales model.
- Passion for the financial markets and business development.
- Ability to lead by example with strong work ethic.
- Minimum 2-years’ experience.
- Significant travel expected.
- Graduate degree or CFA Preferred.
- Language requirements – fluent in English & German. Knowledge or fluency in at least one of the following languages is considered advantage: Czech, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch.

- Operations and analysis (50%)
- Maintain and evolve ETP collateral (sales presentations, peer monitors, etc.);
- Liaise with brokers to discuss product onboarding and identify new opportunities;
- Prepare research and quantitative reports (ETP performance, country analysis, ad hoc reporting, etc.);
- Respond to sales requests.
- Participation in sales and marketing efforts (30%)
- Supporting sales team in meetings and other tasks to help drive AUM growth;
- Assist with brainstorming and strategy building for ETP distribution across German-speaking regions;
- Contribution to product development (20%)
- Monitor the covered market and regulatory changes for new ETP opportunities;
- Contribute to business cases for new ETP launches;
- Analyse holders in comparable/competing products to exploit new market opportunities.
Qualifications
