Job Description

We are in search of an HR Manager who will play an integral role in advancing Leverage Shares’ multicultural team.

The ideal candidate will spearhead HR initiatives, from talent acquisition to employee development, ensuring that our team’s growth aligns according to the company’s vision.

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to map out current and prospective HR requirements;
• Architect compelling job descriptions in conjunction with our diverse teams;
• Develop a robust network for candidate sourcing and headhunting;
• Engage and cultivate relationships with both team members and external partners;
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience;
• Implement and oversee employee development and training programs;
• Address and resolve any HR-related queries or concerns;
• Remain updated on HR best practices and ensure compliance with labor regulations;
• Proactively lead internal projects and brainstorming sessions to improve HR processes;
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or a related role;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Proficient in using HR software and tools for recruitment, employee database management, etc;
• Ability to strategize and implement HR processes and policies;
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
• High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
• Interest in the ETP business and its evolving landscape;
• Resilient under pressure with a solution-oriented approach to challenges;
• Self-motivated, with a robust work ethic and a collaborative spirit;
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
