Our first family of single stock leveraged ETPs was listed on the London Stock Exchange in December 2017. Overview
The Business Development with German role was created with the goal to bolster Leverage Shares’ influence throughout Europe’s German speaking markets.
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve ETP collateral (sales presentations, peer monitors, etc.);
- Liaise with brokers to discuss product onboarding and identify new opportunities;
- Prepare research and quantitative reports (ETP performance, country analysis, ad hoc reporting, etc.);
- Respond to sales requests and supporting sales/BD team in meetings and other tasks to help drive AUM growth;
- Assist with brainstorming and strategy building for ETP distribution across the UK & Europe;
- Monitor covered markets and regulatory changes for new business opportunities;
- Contribute to business cases for new ETP launches;
- Analyse holders in comparable/competing products to exploit new market opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate market views and product characteristics to sophisticated investors;
- Understanding of the ETP/ETF industry and strong proficiency across a wide range of traditional and alternative investment products;
- Passion for financial markets and business development;
- Entrepreneurial spirit that can thrive in an autonomous work environment;
- Prior experience in a sales/business development role in a financial/investment management firm;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Language requirements – fluent in German and English.
- Knowledge or fluency in any of the following languages is considered a big advantage: Italian, French, Czech, Polish, Dutch;
- University degree or CFA preferred;
- Interest in the CFA or CAIA designation is a plus.

Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and team-oriented Marketing Executive. The right candidate must have hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and managing complex media buys across paid media. Demonstrated strong familiarity with leading programmatic platforms and organic channels is a must. In addition, we are looking for someone with high energy, original ideas, and a cult following of the financial markets. The right candidate must be analytical, with extensive experience using data management and analytical tools. We require 5-7 years of proven track record in developing and executing growth-generating strategies in a multinational setting.

Key responsibilities
- Define marketing strategies, objectives, and measures of success with our team across our major markets;

Overview
The designer will be responsible for developing and creating exceptional graphics and videos for presentation and marketing materials. Prior experience in and willingness to understand digital design and video editing are needed as we look for innovative solutions that add value to the brand. It is fundamental to delve into the meaning behind sophisticated financial terms and be able to illustrate them in a creative, yet understandable way. Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML5, CSS, etc.) and experience in working with developers and account managers is a plus.
Breakdown of responsibilities:
- Partner with the rest of the team to brainstorm original design ideas for internal projects;
- Collaborate with relevant teams on a variety of initiatives, projects, and events;
